  1. Gallopade International, Inc. - Let's Discover CD-ROM 
  2. Single-User Software License
  3.  
  4. You should carefully read the following end user license 
  5. agreement before using the software.  Your use of the software 
  6. indicates your acceptance of the agreement.

  8. 1.  License.  
  9. Gallopade International, Inc. hereby grants, and by using the 
  10. Software, you thereby accept, a limited, non-exclusive license, 
  11. and right to install and use one(1) copy of the Software for use 
  12. on a single computer at a time.  To ╥use╙ the Software means that 
  13. the Software is either loaded in temporary memory (RAM) of a 
  14. computer or installed on the permanent memory of a computer 
  15. (hard disk, etc.).  You may install the Software on a common 
  16. storage device which is accessible by multiple computers, 
  17. provided that if multiple computers have access to the common 
  18. storage device, that only one(1) is accessing the Software at any 
  19. given time.

  21. 2.  Copyright
  22. This Software and the accompanying documentation are the 
  23. copyrighted work of Gallopade International, Inc. and Carole Marsh.  
  24. All use of the Software is governed by the terms of the End User 
  25. License Agreement.  Any reproduction or redistribution of the 
  26. Software not in accordance with the terms of the License Agreement 
  27. is expressly prohibited.  All rights are reserved.  You may not, 
  28. in whole or part, copy, photocopy, reproduce, translate, reverse 
  29. engineer, or decompile the Software (excluding the Reproducible Quiz, 
  30. which may be copied for home or classroom use, but not sold or 
  31. distributed in any format, unless permission is explicitly granted,
  32. in writing, by Gallopade International, Inc. and Carole Marsh)
  33. without the prior written consent of Gallopade International, Inc.

  35. 3.  Software Transfer
  36. You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this License 
  37. Agreement, provided the recipient agrees to the terms of this License 
  38. and you agree to remove the Software from your computer.
  39.  
  40. 4.  Termination
  41. This license is effective until terminated.  
  42. You may terminate the License at any time by destroying the Software.  
  43. Gallopade International, Inc. may, at its discretion, terminate this 
  44. License in the event that you fail to comply with the terms and 
  45. conditions contained herein.  In such event, you must immediately 
  46. destroy the Software.
  47.  
  48. Limited Warranty
  49. Gallopade International, Inc. warrants for a period of thirty(30) 
  50. days from the date of purchase that the software title contained 
  51. in this package will be free from defects in material and workmanship.
  52. In the event that this software proves defective during that time 
  53. period, Gallopade International, Inc. will at its option 1) correct 
  54. any defect;  2) provide the customer with a functionally equivalent 
  55. disk; or 3) provide a refund of the purchase price upon receipt by 
  56. Gallopade International, Inc of proof of purchase and the defective 
  57. product.  In no event will Gallopade International, Inc. be liable 
  58. for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of any 
  59. express or implied warranty.
